Shipping Policy
At Glowing Memory™, we’re happy to offer free worldwide shipping on all orders.
Each piece is made to order, and our team typically takes 2–3 business days to create and prepare your artwork before it is dispatched.
If any issues arise with your order (for example, if we need a different or higher-quality photo), production time may take a little longer.
Before printing, we also send you a final artwork preview for approval. The faster you confirm your design, the sooner we can move it into production and ship it out.
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its journey.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on location. Below are general estimates after your order has been shipped:
- United Kingdom: 5–7 business days
- United States: 5–7 business days
- Canada & Europe: 5–7 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 6–8 business days
- Central & South America: 6–8 business days
- Rest of the world: 7–12 business days
⏳ Maximum estimated delivery time: up to 14 business days (excluding production time).
Please note that these timeframes do not include production (2–3 business days) or any potential customs delays, which may vary by country and are outside our control.
Order Information & Address Accuracy
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout.
If an address appears incomplete or incorrect, our team may reach out via email within 3 business days to confirm the details. If we do not receive a response in time, we may need to cancel the order to avoid delivery issues.
If you notice a mistake in your shipping information, please contact us at help@glowingmemory.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We’ll do our best to update it, but changes cannot always be guaranteed once processing has begun.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Parcels
Once an order has been handed over to the courier, delivery is managed by the shipping provider and is outside of our direct control.
If your package appears lost or delayed, please contact us at help@glowingmemory.com and we’ll assist you in investigating the issue with the courier.
We also recommend reaching out to your local delivery service directly, as they may be able to provide the fastest resolution or open a claim on your behalf.
In rare cases where a parcel cannot be located, we may offer a replacement depending on the situation and courier investigation outcome.
If necessary, we may also advise filing a local report with your postal service or authorities.
Important Notes
- “Skip the queue” artwork upgrades only affect design production speed, not courier delivery time.
- If a new photo is required, production time will be extended accordingly.
- Customers have up to 48 hours to approve their artwork. If we do not receive a response within that time, the design may be automatically approved to avoid delays.
