Refund Policy

Because every piece we create is custom-made and designed specifically for your pet, we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind. Each artwork is individually prepared with care and tailored uniquely to your order.

That said, your happiness matters to us. If something about your order doesn’t feel right, please reach out — we’ll always do our best to make things right and ensure you’re happy with the final result.


Damaged, Incorrect, or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong product, size, or design, we will replace it at no extra cost. In these cases, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel so we can sort it out quickly for you.


Artwork Edits & Revisions

We include unlimited minor edits to your chosen design, such as small adjustments to details or styling.

If you’d like to switch to a different photo, one replacement image is included per order. After that, any additional photo changes (including a third version of the artwork) will require a $10 redesign fee to cover the extra creative work involved.


Order Cancellations

If you change your mind after placing an order, you may cancel it within 2 hours of purchase for a full cancellation.

After this window, cancellations are not guaranteed, as our design team often begins working on your artwork right away.

If your design has already been created and you still request cancellation, a $10 fee may apply to cover the time and work already completed.


Photo Quality Responsibility

The final artwork depends heavily on the photo you provide. Please make sure your image follows our guidelines carefully, as we are unable to take responsibility for poor results caused by low-quality uploads.

For best results:

  • Take the photo at eye level with your pet
  • Ensure your pet is facing the camera where possible
  • Use a close-up so facial details are clear
  • Use natural daylight whenever possible
  • Avoid blurry or low-resolution images
  • Keep ears and key features fully visible in the frame

We often work with photos of pets who have passed away, so we understand that ideal images aren’t always available — we’ll always try our best with what you have.


Policy Updates

We may update this policy from time to time. It is the customer’s responsibility to review the latest version before making a purchase. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined in the most recent version of this Refund Policy.
